Game name?!?

Hi,
Again I cant remember a childhood game... It was for 8-bit system. The player was flying a chopper from a base, gaining money over time to buy an army to conquer the enemy base.
The both sides had marking on theyr units - the one + and the other = .

Actually it was 2D game not a simulation. More like strategy. U receive money over time ( looking like bags of $$ ) and u can buy units that start from your base and go to the base of the enemy to capture it - tanks, anti air, soldiers and something that looked like an ambulance - the only unit that can take the enemy base and win. U could buy even more lives if needed.
